Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field
- 5 years of experience in geotechnical engineering, construction materials testing, or a related discipline
- P.E. license REQUIRED
- Proven experience coordinating field and laboratory testing activities
- Strong report writing and communication skills (client-facing experience preferred)
- Proficient with standard geotechnical software and tools
- Ability to lead small project teams and support multiple active projects
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Comfortable working in both field and office settings
- Experience managing scopes, budgets, and schedules
- Familiarity with testing standards (ASTM, AASHTO, etc.)
- Prior work in the Pacific Northwest or similar regional conditions
