The Lead Insight Analyst plays a role in supervision of one of our key client teams based in Chicago to drive the development and execution of data-driven strategies across the organization. This managerial position is responsible for ensuring that insights generated from data analyses are effectively translated into actionable strategies that support client objectives and enhance operational efficiency.

What you'll do...

• Team Leadership and Project Management: Lead a small insights team, setting clear goals and managing project timelines. Ensures that all projects are delivered with high quality and actionable insights. Develops project plans that effectively allocate resources and timelines.
• Data Strategy Development: Develops strategies for data collection, analysis, and utilization across the organization. Ensures that data strategies are innovative and align with current and future business needs.
• Insight Translation and Implementation: Translates complex data findings into understandable and actionable business strategies. Works with department heads to implement these strategies, measuring impact and adjusting as necessary.
• Training and Development: Provides training and development opportunities for the insights team. Encourages continuous learning and adoption of new tools and techniques in data analysis and insights generation.

• Proven experience in a data-driven role with managerial responsibilities.
• Demonstrable track record in leading teams and executing projects that have positively impacted the business.
• Considerable hands on analytical experience with tools such as SQL, PowerBi and Snowflake.
• Demonstrates strong leadership capabilities, motivating and guiding teams towards achieving strategic objectives.
• Effectively communicates the importance of data-driven decision-making and influences strategic business plans.
• Promotes a collaborative team environment, encourages knowledge sharing, and integrates diverse perspectives into project planning and execution.
• Adapts strategies in response to new information and changing business environments, ensuring the team remains aligned and effective

Compensation: The salary range for this role is $90,000 - $110,000 plus great benefits.
