What You’ll OwnFloor Leadership
Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales goals while maintaining a refined, high-touch client experience. You set the pace on the floor and ensure every team member is aligned, supported, and performing at their best.
Client Experience
Deliver exceptional, personalized service that builds long-term brand loyalty. Create memorable in-store moments that reflect the brand’s identity and elevate every interaction.
Sales Performance
Drive results through both your own selling and your ability to coach others in real time. You understand how to balance service with performance and contribute meaningfully to store targets.
Operations & Store Standards
Execute key operational responsibilities with consistency and accuracy, including:
Opening and closing procedures
Cash handling and register management
Inventory control and stock organization
Visual merchandising execution
Maintaining a clean, organized, and elevated store environment
The team is motivated, supported, and consistently improving under your leadership
The store runs smoothly and efficiently during every shift you lead
Clients leave with a memorable, high-quality experience
Sales targets are met through strong individual and team performance
The space is always presented to brand standard — polished, intentional, and consistent
3 years of experience in retail
1 year in a leadership, keyholder, or supervisory role
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team
Proven ability to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service
Highly organized with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
A natural sense of style and passion for fashion
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and key trading periods
Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs as needed
