Key Responsibilities:
Deliver a genuinely personalized shopping experience — the kind where customers leave feeling like they found exactly what they needed, even if they didn't know they were looking for it
Style and outfit customers from the current collection — this is the fun part, and you'll be good at it
Keep the floor looking incredible — beautifully merchandised, replenished, and on-brand at all times
Unpack and process new deliveries — steam, merchandise, and make everything look the way it deserves to
Build real relationships with customers — the kind who come back and ask for you specifically
Handle POS transactions smoothly and accurately — quick, confident, effortless

About You:
Naturally stylish — fashion is your thing, you live it and always have an opinion on a good outfit

Previous retail or customer service experience
High energy — you bring the good vibes, stay on it all shift, and actually enjoy being on your feet
Strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency — you notice when something's off and you fix it because you care
Must have weekend availability
