Job description:
We’re looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable Budtender to join our team! In this role, you'll help customers find the right cannabis products for their needs, provide education about strains and effects, and create a welcoming and positive in-store experience.
You'll be part of a tight-knit team that values good vibes, teamwork, and a quality level of customer service.
Responsibilities
- Greet every customer warmly and deliver an exceptional shopping experience.
- Assist customers in selecting cannabis products based on their needs and preferences.
- Educate customers about the effects, benefits, and proper usage of different products.
- Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and assist with inventory management.
- Accurately handle cash and card transactions using a point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Support junior team members with guidance and leadership as needed.
- Answer customer questions and resolve any product-related concerns.
- Follow all store procedures and ensure compliance with state regulations.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in retail, grocery, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping people.
- Basic math skills for handling sales transactions and managing inventory.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.
- A passion for cannabis products and eagerness to learn about new trends and strains.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus!
