What are the responsibilities and job description for the Retail Sales Associate Budtender position at Budz Cannabis Superstore?
We are seeking motivated, friendly, team oriented individuals who love helping others find what works for them and their needs. Previous industry experience is required, Budtending & retail experience is preferred!
OLCC Worker Permit required.
Responsibilities include:
- Understanding, following and maintaining OLCC regulations & store policy.
- Checking customers valid forms of identification documents to verify that they are of legal age to purchase cannabis items.
- Providing customers and patients with an exceptional cannabis buying experience while helping your team and store succeed.
- Properly following cash handling & store procedures.
- Staying up to date with product knowledge as the industry is always changing.
- Ensuring that the dispensary is always clean and well-organized for customers & coworkers.
- Following standard security protocols.
- Adapting to new technology and procedure changes.
Must be able to stand/walk for long short of time.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must be available to work nights and weekends and be available to help cover shifts.
Basic math skills, critical thinking/problem solving skills and above all else the best customer service and integrity.
Hours per week:
- Part Time 20-30 hours per week with the chance for more depending on the shop's needs & coverage for coworkers.

- Weekends
- Some Holidays
- Mornings
- Mid shift
Paid Training:
- Yes, minus tips until you are able to assist costumers on your own and complete transactions without a trainer.
