At ResultsCX our Korean Bilingual Financial Support Representative - Remote are trusted partners for our customers, assisting with a wide range of account-related inquiries in both English and Korean. In this role, you'll handle both inbound and outbound calls. Calls will include, but are not limited to: member account review and updates, payment and claim assistance, account activations, new program enrollment, card benefit inquiries, and more!

The agent patiently walked her through the process step by step, pausing often to explain not just what to click, but why it mattered. What should I bring to the interview?

• Education:High school diploma or GED required
• Typing Skills: Ability to type 25 words per minute
• Technical Proficiency: This position requires you to toggle back and forth between multiple systems while communicating with the customer. You will need to have intermediate/advanced technical proficiency
• Availability: Open availability between 8:30am-5pm EST, Monday through Friday. Weekends off!
• Pay Expectation: Our Korean bilingual CSR pay rates start at $17/hr with potential bonus of up to $1000 for staying on the program at least a year!

To work virtual in your home, you need:

• A PC or laptop running Windows 11 operating system (NO Mac, Chromebook, Tablet or Smartphone)
• High-speed internet - minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and a minimum upload speed of 10 Mbps
• Ability to connect directly to the internet service provider modem with an Ethernet cable (WIFI is not acceptable)
• 2 dedicated computer monitors, minimum 13 inches or larger if equipment is not provided for the position you receive an offer for
• A VoIP USB Headset with microphone and a webcam for Training
• Dedicated workspace in your home that is free of background noise and distractions
• Additional equipment specifications will be tested during the interview process
