Our Claims Representative - Remote help ResultsCX customers navigate important moments with confidence and care! Associates support customers across both our Life Insurance Claims and Lending Claims lines of business, investigating and processing claims, gathering information needed to make claim decisions, and communicating with customers and third parties throughout the claims process. Responsibilities include reviewing documentation, evaluating claims within established guidelines, providing updates on claim status and next steps, and delivering exceptional service during every interaction. Our teams manage both inbound and outbound communications while working collaboratively to ensure timely, accurate claim resolution and positive customer experiences.

What should I bring to the interview?

• Education:High school diploma or GED required
• Typing Skills: Ability to type 25 words per minute
• Technical Proficiency: This position requires you to toggle back and forth between multiple systems while communicating with the customer. You will need to have intermediate/advanced technical proficiency
• Availability: Monday through Friday, 9-6pm EST
• Pay Expectation: Our Claims pay rates start at $17/hr in training, with potential for an additional $1/hr if you work more than 35 hours a week.
• *Pay rates vary by program fit during selection consideration.

Nothing compares to my home office - Can I work from home?

To work virtual in your home, you need:

• A PC or laptop running Windows 11 operating system (NO Mac, Chromebook, Tablet or Smartphone)
• High-speed internet - minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and a minimum upload speed of 10 Mbps
• Ability to connect directly to the internet service provider modem with an Ethernet cable (WIFI is not acceptable)
• 2 dedicated computer monitors, minimum 13 inches or larger if equipment is not provided for the position you receive an offer for
• A VoIP USB Headset with microphone and a webcam for Training
• Dedicated workspace in your home that is free of background noise and distractions
• Additional equipment specifications will be tested during the interview process
