What are the responsibilities and job description for the Identity Protection Customer Service Representative position at ResultsCX and Careers?

That is why we’re currently creating an onsite team at our Knoxville location with agents who know how important it is to shield yourself from identity theft and data exposure. Successful agents will feel confident sharing this information with our customers to help guide them towards the products that will best protect them and their families.
This program is open between the hours of 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM EST, 7 days a week. All agents will choose either an early or late shift and one weekend day to work.
Base pay for this program is $14.00 per hour, with the following additional incentive eligibility after training:
· Attendance Incentive: Earn an additional $1/hr when you work more than 35 hours a week
· Night Shift Premium: Earn a $1/hr shift premium for all hours worked after 3pm
· Sales Incentive: Earn an additional $1/hr for performance and conversion KPI achievement
· Product Incentive: All agents receive free subscription to Identity Protection Plan while employed
