Wellness Representative - Weekends

Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking a Wellness Representative to join its established health and wellness studio in South Portland, Maine. This position is primarily weekend shifts with the opportunity for weekday shifts as needed.

Wellness Representatives are the face of each Restore location and play an integral role in delivering a high-quality customer experience. A passion for helping people look and feel their best is essential!

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and assist them with Restore's wellness services
• Help clients over the phone, return important voicemails, and facilitate the booking, scheduling, and cancellation process.
• Onboard new clients; this involves completing waivers and creating profiles in our point-of-sale system.
• Conduct studio tours and sell products, service packages, and memberships
• Educate clients on Restore services
• Perform opening and closing procedures
• Maintain a safe, clean and secure environment for all guests and employees

Key Qualifications:

• A passion for health and wellness!
• At least one year of customer service experience in a retail environment.
• Weekend availability
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Tech-savvy; able to learn point-of-sale systems and complex equipment.
