- Owning the Operations: Managing the P&L, auditing payroll, and ensuring our studio is clinical-grade clean and safe.
- Connecting with the Community: You’ll be the "local celebrity" for wellness, attending events and building a loyal group of brand ambassadors.
- The "Unicorn" Factor: An active RN License in Colorado is a huge plus, but if you are a sales-and-ops powerhouse without one, we still want to hear from you.
- Experience: 3–5 years of management experience where you’ve actually had to hit numbers and lead people.
- Communication: You’re great on the phone, in person, and via email.
- Tech Savvy: You can navigate payroll systems and social media platforms with ease.
- A competitive salary plus bonuses, position range of $60,000 to $75,000
