Are you a natural sales leader who enjoys building relationships, developing people, and achieving results?

Restore Hyper Wellness in Mountain Brook is seeking an energetic, motivated Assistant General Manager (AGM) to help lead our team and grow our business.

This is a hands-on leadership opportunity where you'll personally build relationships with clients, sell wellness memberships and packages, coach employees to become successful sales professionals, and help drive studio growth.

Sales & Membership Growth

• Build genuine relationships with prospects and clients, understand their wellness goals, and recommend appropriate services.

• Personally sell memberships and packages through consultative, relationship-based selling and consistent follow-up.

• Lead the team to achieve membership, revenue, and client retention goals.

• Demonstrate effective sales techniques and coach employees to improve client engagement, follow-up, and membership conversion.

• Monitor sales performance and key performance indicators (KPIs), identify opportunities, and implement improvements.

Team Leadership & Development

• Partner with the General Manager to motivate, train, and develop a high-performing team.

• Establish clear expectations, provide regular coaching, and hold employees accountable for results.

• Foster a positive, collaborative culture built on teamwork, professionalism, and mutual respect.

• Lead by example with a hands-on approach to sales, client service, and daily operations.

Marketing & Studio Operations

• Create and manage engaging social media content to increase local awareness, attract new clients, and generate leads.

• Support local marketing initiatives, promotions, and community outreach.

• Help manage daily operations, scheduling, staffing, and studio standards.

• Deliver exceptional client experiences and resolve concerns professionally.

• Serve as manager on duty when needed and collaborate with nursing leadership to support coordinated studio operations.

Required Qualifications

• At least one year of management or supervisory experience.

• Demonstrated success in sales, customer service, and team leadership.

• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to coach and motivate employees to achieve sales goals.

• Experience creating engaging social media content and using platforms such as Instagram and Facebook to attract prospective clients.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, dependable, and comfortable using technology and sales metrics.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Availability for some evening and weekend shifts.

Preferred Qualifications

• College degree preferred.

• Leadership experience in retail, hospitality, fitness, wellness, or a membership-based business.

• Proven success growing sales, memberships, and client retention.

• Experience training and developing sales teams.

• Genuine interest in health, wellness, and helping people improve their quality of life.

• $20/hour base pay
