We're looking for a Construction Project Manager to lead residential and commercial restoration projects and help people get their property, and their lives, back on track.
Compensation & Perks
- Base salary plus commission — total earning potential of $70K–$90K/year, with no ceiling on what you can earn as you grow the business

- Build and manage full project schedules from start to finish
- Coordinate repairs between internal crews and trusted subcontractors
- Serve as the calm, professional point of contact for customers, teammates, and insurance representatives
- Keep every job on budget, on schedule, and up to our quality standard
- Confirm subcontractor availability and manage scheduling needs
- Maintain clean, organized documentation in our company systems
- Lead with reliability, positivity, and a team-first mindset that reflects our values
- 3–10 years of experience in a project management or construction supervisory role
- A valid Oregon driver's license with a clean driving record (past 3 years)
- Ability to pass a background check (to age 18) and pre-employment drug screening
- Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
- A genuine sense of ownership, leadership, and a service-oriented mindset
