- $23-28/hour depending on experience

We are looking for someone who:
- Has at least 3 years of hands-on carpentry experience.
- Has experience with both rough and finish carpentry.
- Has knowledge of drywall repairs and painting.
- Is organized, dependable, and able to manage time effectively.
- Communicates clearly and professionally with customers and Project Managers.
- Demonstrates excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Takes pride in quality work and attention to detail.
- Is comfortable using a smartphone or mobile app to document work and upload photos.
- Works well independently and as part of a team.
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record for the last 3 years.
- Must successfully pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Must be able to meet the rotating evening and weekend on-call requirements.
