"Restore Hyper Wellness” currently operates nationwide, strays away from the traditional doctor's office and leads the way in wellness and recovery!

Our locations are fun, social, and transparent.

We provide whole body and localized Cryotherapy, IV services, Hyperbaric therapy, and a variety of blood testing and diagnostic services. Additional modalities may be added periodically.

Our Esthetician’s have labeled this "the most fun you can have at an esti job while still helping people in a meaningful way". You get to spend time in a positive environment with clients that are proactively addressing their health and wellness needs.

Our clients tend to be active, fun, and healthy. We work directly with many of the top health and wellness organizations in the country, along with local influencers.

The ideal candidate would have the following characteristics:

• Outgoing personality and enjoys working with people.
• Comfortable with all Esthetician related activities.
• Meets all state requirements and must be licensed and in good standing to practice advanced esthetics.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Charisma is appreciated.
• High ethics and integrity.

This is a full-time position for our Reno Northwest location. Day Shift, 8 hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform Cryoskin and any other esthetic and body services as they are added to our menu.
• Developing a client base and meeting or exceeding appointment goals
• Booking, confirming, rescheduling and canceling appointments
• Keep accurate records of each client's session
• Cleaning and maintaining esthetic equipment and treatment areas.
• Managing and ordering retail sales and purchases for doTerra.
• Completing thorough consultations for Cryoskin and esthetic treatments.
• Selling esthetic services to members and new customers
• Cross-selling complementary services available at Restore.
• Managing and ordering retail sales and purchases for doTerra.
• Ordering supplies for esthetic treatments.
• Maintain current product knowledge of all modalities and products that we can offer clients to support and enhance their service
• Educate clients on the other Restore modalities
  
  
  

When not with clients:

• assisting in other store operations: greeting customers, answering phones, retailing out through POS, providing customer tours, selling services, operating equipment, light cleaning, etc.
  
  
  

Qualifications and Skills:

Licensed as an advanced esthetician in the State of Nevada. Two years of experience as an Advanced Esthetician setting. Experience with and a high comfort level using a computer to document. Demonstrated ability to successfully work with a diverse community and provide services from a non-judgmental perspective. Equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.
