What You’ll Be Doing -
You’ll be the backbone of our operations, responsible for keeping our shop, vehicles, and equipment in top shape every day. Your key duties include:
- Fleet & Vehicle Management: Track and maintain company vehicles, keep them clean and stocked, coordinate maintenance, and ensure they’re always ready for action.
- Equipment Oversight: Manage air movers, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers, and specialty tools—making sure everything is inspected, cleaned, and ready for the next job.
- Inventory Control: Keep supplies like PPE, chemicals, and drying materials fully stocked and organized. Handle orders, vendor relations, and inventory storage.
- Shop Operations: Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace. Implement systems to track equipment and support field crews with prep and readiness.
Who You Are -

- Strong organizational and inventory management skills
- Ability to manage vehicles, equipment, and supplies efficiently
- Basic mechanical knowledge preferred
- Comfortable lifting 50 pounds and working in a warehouse/shop environment
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience in restoration, construction, warehouse, or fleet management is a plus
