Restore is seeking a high-performing Assistant General Manager/Sales Manager with a passion for wellness, business development, team leadership, and active coaching. As an Assistant General Manager/Sales Manager, you’ll be a key driver of sales performance and client engagement, working alongside leadership to grow memberships, increase revenue, and elevate the in-store experience. You’ll play a critical role in coaching a results-oriented team, executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships within the local community. Key Responsibilities of an Assistant General Manager/Sales Manager

Leadership & Revenue Growth

  • Own individual sales performance and consistently exceed monthly revenue targets.
  • Drive team sales through coaching, accountability, and daily performance tracking.
  • Lead by example on the floor by converting leads, upselling services, and maximizing membership value.
  • Partner with leadership to develop and execute strategies that increase membership acquisition, retention, and client lifetime value.
  • Actively manage leads: follow up on leads, missed appointments, declined payments, and expiring memberships.
  • Analyze KPIs and sales metrics to identify trends and implement actionable improvements.
  • Identify and close B2B and local partnership opportunities to drive new client acquisition.
  • Support and execute grassroots marketing, events, and community outreach initiatives that generate leads and brand awareness.

Client Experience & Retention

  • Build strong relationships with members to understand goals and recommend tailored wellness solutions.
  • Ensure a high-touch, consultative sales approach that drives loyalty and repeat business.
  • Resolve client concerns quickly and effectively to protect revenue and retention.
  • Deliver an exceptional in-store experience that aligns with Restore’s premium brand.

Team Development & Sales Coaching

  • Train, coach, and motivate team members to consistently achieve and exceed sales goals.
  • Provide real-time feedback on sales conversations, objection handling, and closing techniques.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-energy sales culture focused on education, results, and team member commitment.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and development of top-performing, sales-driven talent.

Operations & Business Performance

  • Support daily operations while maintaining a strong focus on revenue-driving activities.
  • Ensure operational excellence to support a seamless and efficient sales environment.
  • Monitor and manage key business drivers including revenue, payroll, inventory, and cost controls.
  • Own leadership role while working, making business-critical decisions as needed.

Brand Growth & Community Engagement

  • Represent Restore as a brand ambassador within the local community.
  • Plan and execute in-store events and promotions that generate leads and increase sales.
  • Build strategic relationships with local businesses, fitness studios, and corporate partners.

What You Bring to the Role

  • Proven success in sales (B2B and/or B2C), with a strong ability to close and exceed targets.
  • 1–3 years of leadership or management experience in a sales-driven environment.
  • A results-oriented mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and drive improvements.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative sales approach.
  • Passion for health, wellness, fitness, and/or retail industries.
  • High energy, competitive drive, and a desire to win as both an individual and a team.
  • Ability to motivate others and build a high-performing, sales-focused team culture.
  • Commitment to integrity, accountability, and delivering an exceptional client experience.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
