Scheduling Coordinator – Dental Practice

We’re seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to join our dynamic front office team. This key role helps ensure every patient enjoys a smooth, positive experience—from the moment they arrive to the time they leave.

Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 7:45 AM to 5:00 PM

What You’ll Do

• Greet patients with professionalism and warmth
• Manage appointments, confirmations, and schedule changes efficiently
• Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes
• Verify insurance benefits and handle related paperwork
• Collect payments and coordinate financial arrangements as needed
• Maintain accurate, confidential patient records
• Respond promptly to phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries
• Collaborate closely with the clinical team to keep the schedule running efficiently

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a dental front office role
• Familiarity with dental software (Dentrix Ascend experience a plus)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• A professional, positive, and patient-centered approach
• Ability to multitask and stay calm in a busy environment
