Restoration Technician (Will Train)
Location: Auburn/Opelika, AL
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday on-call rotation (overtime available)
Pay: Hourly (based on experience) overtime
90-day review with opportunity for a raise based on performance
About the Job
We’re hiring a Restoration Technician to join our team. No experience required—we will train the right person.
This is hands-on work in water, fire, and mold restoration. If you’re dependable, willing to learn, and not afraid of hard work, this is a great opportunity to build a long-term career.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Water extraction and basic demolition
- Setting up drying equipment (fans, dehumidifiers)
- Job site cleanup and debris removal
- Assisting with mold and fire-related work
- Taking photos and helping document jobs
- Loading/unloading equipment daily
- Keeping vehicles and equipment clean
- Working as part of a team on job sites
What We Need From You
- Reliable transportation to the office every day
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and handle physical work
- Good attitude and willingness to learn
- Shows up on time and ready to work
Important Schedule Requirement
- MUST be added to the on-call rotation after training is complete
- On-call rotation is typically one full week at a time, shared with other team members
- Must be available to respond to emergency calls during your scheduled on-call week
