Position Overview
ServiceMaster Restore is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Mitigation Coordinator to support restoration operations. This office-based role manages incoming claims, coordinates field services, and ensures a smooth experience for customers and insurance partners from first contact through claim completion.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for incoming customers and insurance claims
- Perform intake of new claims with accurate and complete information
- Schedule and coordinate onsite inspections with field technicians
- Prepare and submit estimates and documentation to insurance carriers
- Track claim progress from start to finish
- Communicate with customers, adjusters, and internal teams
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records
- Provide excellent customer service in high-stress situations
- Customer service dispatch or administrative experience preferred
- Restoration insurance or construction experience is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or CRM systems
