We’re looking for an enthusiastic, results-driven Sales Manager to join our hospitality sales dream team! You’ll be the driving force behind group bookings, corporate accounts, catering opportunities, and long-lasting client relationships. Your mission? Grow revenue, make connections, and show our market what makes our property the place to be.

What You’ll Be Doing

 Make Revenue Happen

• Develop and execute creative sales strategies to hit — and exceed — monthly, quarterly, and annual room night and revenue goals.
• Hunt for new business, build your pipeline, and turn potential clients into loyal partners.
• Bring in group bookings, corporate accounts, social events, and catering opportunities.

 Build Relationships That Last

• Connect with corporate clients, event planners, and travel agencies to uncover their needs and close the deal.
• Respond to inquiries promptly, follow up like a pro, and make every client feel like a VIP.
• Turn first-time business into repeat business through genuine connections and exceptional service.

 Keep Your Finger on the Pulse

• Stay ahead of local market trends, competitor moves, and emerging business opportunities.
• Work hand-in-hand with the Director of Sales to fine-tune strategies and keep our property ahead of the game.
• Bring fresh ideas to the table and find new ways to make our property stand out.

 Teamwork Makes the Dream Work

• Collaborate with marketing, revenue management, and hotel operations to bring events to life.
• Help ensure every group, meeting, and event runs smoothly from the first inquiry to the final farewell.
• Be the connection between what we promise and the exceptional experience we deliver.

 Own Your Numbers

• Keep your sales pipeline organized, your activity tracked, and your goals in sight.
• Maintain accurate records and performance metrics using CRM and property management systems.
• Use the numbers to spot opportunities, celebrate wins, and keep growing.

 What You Bring to the Table

• Sales Experience: 1–3 years of proven sales experience in hotel group sales, catering, or a high-volume restaurant environment.
• Tech-Savvy Skills: Experience with event management CRM systems. Familiarity with Marriott platforms is a plus!
• Communication Magic: Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly communicate value and turn interest into action.
• A Flexible Mindset: Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on hotel operations, events, and guest needs.
• A Hospitality Heart: A passion for people, a talent for building relationships, a competitive spirit, and the drive to deliver results.
