POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for a Lead Dental Assistant who is ready to step into real leadership, help build a stronger clinical team, and grow with a fast-moving, high-performance practice.

OBJECTIVES
-Lead the dental assistant team by setting a strong example in attitude, preparedness, efficiency, and clinical performance
-Help train, coach, and support assistants to improve skill level, confidence, and consistency
-Maintain smooth clinical flow by managing room readiness, assistant coverage, doctor support, and daily priorities
-Anticipate doctors' needs and reduce inefficiencies so providers can stay focused on patient care
-Serve as a key point of communication between assistants, doctors, hygiene, and the front office
-Step in chairside as needed and remain clinically strong in assisting, setup, breakdown, sterilization, and patient support
-Help identify problems early, respond quickly, and create solutions that keep the day moving
-Support a culture of accountability, teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement
-Adapt to growth, change, and new systems with a positive attitude, and help the team do the
same
-Create an organized, calm, high-quality patient experience from start to finish

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- 3 years of dental assisting experience required
- Prior lead dental assistant, trainer, or clinical coordinator experience preferred
- Strong chairside assisting skills required
- Experience in surgical, implant, cosmetic, or high-tech dental environments preferred
- Comfortable learning and using digital systems, clinical workflows, and new technology
- Strong verbal communication, leadership, and multitasking skills required.
