OBJECTIVES
- Conduct patient consultations, building trust and guiding individuals through treatment options with clarity and confidence.
- Review intake forms, assess financial readiness (CareCredit, credit score, location), and ensure patients are prepared prior to consultations.
- Clearly present treatment plans and case fees ($25,000–$60,000 ), explaining financing options and leading financial discussions.
- Convert consultations into committed patients by addressing concerns, handling objections professionally, and helping patients make confident decisions.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with leads via phone, text, and email to nurture relationships and move opportunities forward.
- Re-engage past prospects, identify barriers to moving forward, and help patients overcome common obstacles such as financing.
- Accurately document consultation notes, follow-ups, and next steps in the CRM after each patient interaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth patient handoffs, strong lead flow, and a positive patient experience.
- Track and improve key sales metrics including consult-to-close rate, show rate, follow-up activity, and monthly revenue.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- 2 years of sales experience
- Experience in healthcare, dental, or high-ticket sales preferred
- Comfortable with CRM tools and digital communication
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- $60,000-$65,000 base salary commission
- $80,000-$95,000 on target earnings
- PTO: 1 week for first year, 2 weeks after one year of employment
- Company paid holidays
- Dental work through office, contingent on approval
