Role Description
The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Kenosha, WI. This position is responsible for generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with referral partners (such as insurance agents, property managers, and contractors), and promoting Restoration 1’s services in the local market. Daily tasks include prospecting and networking, conducting sales calls and in-person visits, attending industry and community events, and following up on leads to convert them into ongoing partnerships. The role also involves collaborating with operations and marketing teams, tracking sales activities and performance metrics, preparing reports, and supporting customer service efforts to ensure a positive client experience. The Business Development Manager is expected to represent the company’s values of honesty and integrity while driving growth and brand awareness.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in restoration, construction, or related service industries.
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills, with the ability to engage referral partners, community organizations, and local businesses.

- Proven ability to manage pipelines, track activities in CRM or similar tools, and meet or exceed growth and revenue targets.
