We’re looking for a driven Business Developer to take the lead in growing our landscape service footprint in Grayslake and the North Suburban market. What You’ll Do
- :Own the Grayslake market — generate new business through cold calls, drop-ins, BOMA groups, referrals, and face-to-face networking with property managers
- .Identify prospects, nurture leads, and close deals with urgency and trust
- .Use Aspire CRM to manage pipeline stages and stay organized as you build momentum
- .Collaborate with estimating and field teams to gather site data and prepare professional, accurate proposals
- .Present proposals in person — our standard is relationship-first, not just email quotes
- .Ensure smooth handoffs to operations and follow through post-sale to ensure client satisfaction
