Lead Mitigation Technician

What the Job Looks Like:

• Lead a crew to complete water cleanups, tearing out wet materials, setting and checking equipment, and mold cleanup
• Driving a clean, stocked company truck to job sites
• Taking pictures and logging readings on a phone or tablet (we’ll train you if you’re not used to the apps)
• Talking with customers in their homes and helping them feel comfortable
• Some nights/weekends when you’re on the on-call schedule (after hour bonus)
• Lifting and moving equipment (50-100 lbs)

What We’re Looking For:

• Hard worker with a good attitude
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Can lift and carry equipment
• At least 2 years of experience in restoration or construction
• Must have WRT or AMRT certification
