Restoration Operations Manager

RestoPros of Rocky Mount- Greenville- New Bern is an elite option, known for white glove service, to any customer experiencing a disruption from water, fire and smoke, mold or storm damage.Leadership & Oversight:Supervise and support daily operations of sales representatives and restoration technicians.Provide guidance, coaching, and accountability to team members to ensure high performance.Schedule jobs and staff, maintaining an efficient flow of work across projects.Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training of new staff.Assist in strategic planning, budgeting, and process improvement initiatives.Oversee inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships.Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and documentation practices.Support the owner with administrative tasks such as reporting, payroll approvals, or policy enforcement as needed.Ability to travel for training and certification opportunitiesSales & Business Development:Work closely with the sales rep to track leads, conversions, and pipeline goals.Monitor performance metrics and help optimize the sales process.Forecasting according to budget and company goalsSupport relationship-building with adjusters, property managers, and trades/ referral partners.Assist with estimates and customer proposals.Submitting final approved estimates to the appropriate parties and track progress through collections.Field Operations:Act as a working supervisor in the field during high-demand periods or complex projects.Customer facingPerform initial site inspections, closing sales opportunities with customer leadsTroubleshoot issues on-site and help resolve customer concerns.Responsible for quality control checks to ensure adherence to company standards.Deliver exceptional, empathetic customer service throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring client satisfaction and trust at every touchpoint.Act as a customer advocate on every job—prioritizing transparency, responsiveness, and compassion, especially during high-stress situations.Go above and beyond to make customers feel heard, supported, and confident in our services—from first contact to final walkthrough.Communicate clearly and frequently with customers, explaining next steps, answering questions, and ensuring they feel informed and valued.Qualifications:5 years of experience in restoration, construction, or related service industries.Proven leadership experience managing field and/or sales teams.IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, HST, AMRT, FSRT etc.) preferred.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Comfortable working both in the office and on job sites.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Must possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.Perks & BenefitsCar allowance or company vehicleCompany phone and necessary tech toolsPaid time off and vacationCustomizable benefits packagePerformance-based bonuses and commissionsCareer growth opportunity in a high-impact, high-visibility roleJoin UsIf you're an energetic, motivated professional with a passion for sales and a knack for building lasting relationships, we want to hear from you. Salary : $85,000 - $150,000
