What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mitigation Manager position at RestoPros of Central Georgia?
High level performance of water mitigation, tarping, board up, mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement and carpet cleaning/reinstallation services according to RestoPros and industry specifications under the supervision of the Mitigation Manager.
Focus and dedication to providing excellent customer service.
Maintain a clean, properly stocked and organized truck and maintain all company equipment.
Be accessible by phone and participate, as necessary, in the on-call schedule.
Assist in warehousing and facility related tasks when necessary.
You will assist other team members as opportunities arise and be a leader for the team when needed.
Ability to write estimates in designated software.
Qualifications:
Management Experience
Keep Equipment Logs
Schedule Crew to do work
Data Entry
Experience with Xactimate
Experienced with Multitasking & Organization
Quick reaction/response to any situation
Handling Claims (insurance) from restoration sides when needed
Speaking directly with adjuster and homeowners (when necessary)
Project Management experience (multiple jobs)
Weekend and after-hours work (when needed)
