What You’ll Do
- Own the financial heartbeat of our product lines—tracking revenues, costs, and margins with precision
- Partner with operations to develop and maintain standard costs, annual budgets, and accurate ERP updates
- Analyze and explain manufacturing cost variances—including materials, labor, overhead, and price-volume-mix impacts
- Deliver clear, actionable insights through weekly financial flashes, monthly results, and quarterly forecasts
- Drive accountability with operational KPIs such as labor efficiency, scrap, productivity, and spend variances
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects that improve cost transparency, forecasting, and efficiency
- Serve as the finance liaison to Supply Chain, ensuring accurate inventory transactions and cost allocations
- Influence decisions across sales, marketing, and product management with data-driven profitability analysis
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in cost accounting, financial analysis, or operational finance (manufacturing environment required)
- Strong skills in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas); Power Query, modeling, or BI tools a plus
- ERP system experience (IFS preferred)
- Deep knowledge of cost accounting, standard costing, and inventory valuation
- A mix of analytical rigor and communication savvy—you can translate data into recommendations that leaders act on
- High attention to detail, strong organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
This position will require the successful completion of a standard background check in accordance with Restek policy. Employment with Restek will require successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen.
