One of the fastest-growing bakery café brands in the United States is expanding toward 1,000 locations by 2030. We are looking for a VP of IT to build and lead the technology infrastructure that supports that growth.

What You Will Do
- Define and execute the IT roadmap aligned with rapid multi-unit expansion
- Lead implementation of POS, digital ordering, back-office, and QSR technology systems across corporate and franchise locations
- Build and manage vendor and service partner relationships
- Oversee cybersecurity frameworks, network reliability, and data governance
- Partner with Operations, Finance, and Marketing on technology strategy
- Support new location openings from a technology standpoint
- Lead and develop a high-performing IT team
What We Need
- 7 years of progressive IT leadership in a multi-unit restaurant or QSR environment
- Hands-on experience with restaurant POS systems and digital ordering platforms
- Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale technology implementations
- Strong vendor management and contract negotiation experience
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and compliance (PCI, SOX)
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
Preferred
- Experience supporting franchise technology operations
- Background scaling technology through rapid company growth
- Familiarity with loyalty platforms and data analytics
