We’re hiring an experienced Restaurant General Manager for a high-volume quick-service restaurant group in the Akron / Canton area.
This is a strong opportunity for an experienced operator who knows how to lead teams, drive results, and run a fast-paced restaurant environment with consistency and accountability.

What You’ll Do
- Lead day-to-day restaurant operations
- Coach, develop, and hold teams accountable
- Manage labor, food cost, and store-level performance
- Ensure strong guest experience and brand execution
- Oversee hiring, scheduling, and compliance
- Build and maintain a positive, high-performing culture
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years of restaurant management experience (QSR preferred)
- Current or recent GM / AGM leadership experience
- Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong operations and people leadership skills
