Job Description:
We are seeking experienced bartenders who can manage high-volume service while maintaining quality, consistency, and strong guest interactions.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Maintain speed and accuracy during busy shifts
- Interact with guests and provide a welcoming experience
- Monitor guest behavior and ensure responsible service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar
Requirements:
- 2 years bartending experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of cocktails and bar operations
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Strong communication and guest service skills
Expectations:
- Full-time availability (40–60 hours/week)
- Nights, weekends, and holidays required
- Ability to handle high-volume service
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
