Hello!
Il Forno Pizza is looking for qualified applicants to join our back of house crew. Experience working in a scratch pizza kitchen is preferred, but we're willing to train those who demonstrate the ability to listen and learn.
Il Forno is an award winning wood-fired pizza restaurant with a focus on local produce and seasonal menu offerings. Qualified applicants should posses basic knife skills, be able to follow given directions as assigned, demonstrate a sense of urgency, and have a minimum of one year experience in a professional kitchen.
Additionally, the ability to stretch and ball pizza dough is a plus.
Hours per week:
35-40 Full Time
20-30 Part Time
Job Duties:
- Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently
- Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
- Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
- Restock items as needed throughout the shift
- Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
Pay Frequency: Bi weekly
