Equity Partner Opportunity | LMS Architect— AI Training & Compliance Consultancy
We are a growing AI governance and compliance consultancy specializing in Responsible AI training, compliance assessments, and advisory services. We are building the infrastructure to deliver scalable, enterprise-grade AI literacy and certification programs — and we need an LMS Architect who wants to be more than a contractor.
What We're Building A learning management platform purpose-built for AI governance training and regulatory readiness — serving enterprises navigating the EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging state-level AI legislation.
What You'll Do
- Architect, build, and manage our core LMS platform
- Design and implement learning pathways, certification workflows, and content delivery systems
- Integrate with third-party tools (CRM, payment, video, compliance tracking)
- Advise on platform scalability as we grow from startup to enterprise client base
- Collaborate directly with founders on product and go-to-market strategy.
What You Bring
- Proven experience architecting LMS platforms (Moodle, Canvas, Docebo, TalentLMS, custom builds, or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of SCORM, xAPI, and learning content standards
- Experience with enterprise client deployments and SaaS delivery models
- Passion for AI, governance, ethics, or emerging technology
- Entrepreneurial mindset — you thrive in early-stage environments
What We Offer This is an equity-based engagement. You will receive a meaningful ownership stake in the company, structured with a 12-month cliff and full vesting over 3 years.
