Compensation : $64 an hour, working 60 hours a week
Housing paid and $50 a meal per diem for 7 days, mileage paid
Direct Hire position
Location: Data Center in Michigan City, IN
The Bilingual Safety Manager should have a BCSP certification with 5 years of prior experience overseeing commercial or industrial construction sites. Candidates will oversee onsite safety programs and document all safety observations to the Senior Safety Director.

Responsibilities
- Monitor and enforce site safety standards to ensure compliance with OSHA ad client specific standards
- Conduct safety audits, hazmat assessments and incident investigations.
- Support toolbox talks, safety orientations and field level training
- Possess good verbal and written communications skills
- Interface with site personnel and management to promote proactive safety culture
- Extensive documentation, organizational and technical writing skills
- Maintain accurate records, safety audits and etc. utilizing digital reporting tools.
- Assumes responsibility of monitoring, updating, and maintaining client’s compliance platform.
Requirements:
- Candidates must have a verifiable BCSP certification and 5 years of safety experience
- Candidates must be Bilingual is Spanish
- Must be highly proficient with and possess certifications for:
- LOTO, Fall protection, NFPA 70-E, First aid/CPR/AED
- Proficient in basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Procore or other safety reporting tool).
