Accountant / Full Charge Bookkeeper

ResponsAble Safety Staffing is seeking an Accountant who will come alongside our team and contribute their knowledge and skills to the growth of our business. The ideal candidate will be entry level or have some general bookkeeping experience and is eager to grow.

Job Responsibilities:

· Reconciles bank accounts and other balance sheet accounts.

· Provide billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll services as needed for the company.

· Experience and knowledge of GAAP accounting.

· Answers accounting and financial questions by researching and interpreting data.

· Working with spreadsheets to provide information to management.

· Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.

· Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

· Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have the following skills:

· 1 years of experience in a general accounting role.

· Bachelors' degree in Accounting is preferred.

· Previous experience with QuickBooks is preferred.

· Strong attention to detail and time management skills.

· Effective verbal and written communication skills.

· Demonstrated capability in problem solving and analytical skills.
