Sleep Center Manager
We are seeking an experienced Sleep Center Manager to oversee end-to-end operations across a multi-site sleep program. This role leads clinical workflows, staff performance, patient access, and operational efficiency across in-lab studies, HSAT, scheduling, insurance authorization, and DME coordination.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands the full sleep patient journey from referral to diagnosis to therapy and can optimize each step for quality, access, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations: PSG, CPAP/BIPAP titrations, Inspire and HSAT
- Oversee scheduling, staffing, and coverage
- Ensure timely insurance authorizations and reduce delays/denials
- Coordinate with DME providers for PAP setup and follow-up
- Monitor lab utilization, study volume, and turnaround times
- Ensure AASM compliance and clinical quality standards
- Lead staff performance and workflow improvements
Qualifications
- Experience managing a sleep lab, sleep center, or similar clinical operation
- Strong knowledge of sleep workflows, PAP therapy, and AASM standards
- Experience with scheduling, authorizations, and DME coordination
- Proven leadership and operational management skills
- Ability to manage multiple sites and priorities
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (Required)
