Requirements

5 years or more of hands-on Workday HCM integration development experience

Proficiency in Workday Studio and Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) integrations

Experience with Workday web services, REST/SOAP APIs, Core Connectors, and integration troubleshooting

Experience with XML/XSLT, third-party vendor integrations, and complex Workday data flows

Experience in Workday HCM processes including Core HR, Recruiting, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, and Absence

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Workday integrations across a production HCM environment

Build and enhance integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, web services, APIs, and Core Connectors

Monitor integration processing, diagnose failures, resolve defects, and provide ongoing production support

Translate HR and business requirements into scalable technical integration designs and solutions
-
Develop and support data exchanges between Workday, external vendors, and internal enterprise applications

Perform integration testing, remediation, updates, and redesign activities for future Workday platform initiatives
