Requirements
  • 1 or more years of experience in the installation, maintenance, and technical support of enterprise workstation hardware.
  • Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows 10 operating systems and Office 365 environments.
  • Experience with deploying and configuring IT resources including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and networked printers.
  • Experience in utilizing enterprise service desk ticketing queues to track, manage, and resolve daily technical incidents.
  • Experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting audio-visual systems and corporate video conferencing hardware.
  • Experience with providing foundational network and telephony support alongside remote technical troubleshooting teams.
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills to deliver high-quality IT customer service to diverse user groups.
 
Responsibilities
  • Install, configure, upgrade, and perform minor hardware and software repairs for enterprise workstation environments.
  • Monitor the active service ticket queue to rapidly diagnose, resolve, and document assigned technical issues.
  • Deploy and set up diverse IT assets including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and high-volume network printers.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot on-site audio-visual equipment and corporate video conferencing setups.
  • Provide basic network and telephony troubleshooting while supporting remote diagnostic efforts by senior technical teams.
  • Travel regularly to remote office locations to resolve physical and logical IT-related hardware issues.
  • Manage annual inventory scanning, facilitate equipment surplus processes, and document all technology resolutions meticulously.
