Requirements

4 or more years of experience in BlackLine platform administration.

Proficiency in BlackLine Transaction Matching and Account Reconciliation modules.

Experience with Journal Entries, Task Management, and Variance Analysis module configuration.

Experience in designing automated match rules, approval workflows, and risk rating parameters.

Experience with financial close processes, SOX controls, and balance sheet certifications.

Experience in Microsoft Excel, ERP integrations, and operational dashboard development.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities

Manage the global administration, governance, and technical support of the BlackLine platform.

Architect and maintain complex Transaction Matching rules and automated approval workflows.

Execute technical system upgrades, validation testing, and platform release activities.

Develop operational dashboards and analytics for close management and reconciliation tracking.

Coordinate technical integrations between BlackLine and enterprise ERP or financial systems.

Administer user provisioning, security configurations, and access controls across all modules.

Design technical training materials and user guides to drive global platform adoption.
