Requirements
- 8 or more years of experience in business systems analysis for enterprise software development.
- Proficiency in Team Foundation Server (TFS) for requirements lifecycle management.
- Experience in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with Azure-hosted cloud solutions and system integration monitoring.
- Experience in Medicaid Enterprise Systems and public health application modernization.
- Experience with business rules engines and workflow orchestration technologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and oversee technical work products and project deliverables from external vendors.
- Develop and review technical specifications, requirements traceability matrices, and system design artifacts.
- Coordinate system integration testing and user acceptance testing across enterprise platforms.
- Analyze raw data to formulate solution options and identify technical system risks.
- Conduct financial analyses including ROI, cost-benefit, and buy-versus-build assessments.
- Perform process reengineering to align automated systems with organizational policies and standards.
- Liaise between business stakeholders and technical architecture teams to troubleshoot complex system issues.
