Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end testing initiatives across technical teams and business stakeholders.

Design and document complex test scenarios, cases, and feedback summaries.

Analyze system impacts across integrated healthcare platforms and dependent modules.

Orchestrate defect remediation processes to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Coordinate technical project meetings and testing discussions with cross-functional leadership.

Verify system compliance with applicable state policies and federal mandates.

Prepare technical documentation, quality metrics, and results reports for project management.
