Requirements

• 8 or more years of experience in enterprise software testing and quality assurance leadership.
• Proficiency in Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS) and healthcare data standards.
• Experience in comprehensive test planning, test case development, and execution.
• Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination and system integration testing.
• Experience in defect tracking, remediation management, and resolution lifecycles.
• Experience with regulatory-driven system implementations and federal policy updates.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end testing initiatives across technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Design and document complex test scenarios, cases, and feedback summaries.
• Analyze system impacts across integrated healthcare platforms and dependent modules.
• Orchestrate defect remediation processes to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Coordinate technical project meetings and testing discussions with cross-functional leadership.
• Verify system compliance with applicable state policies and federal mandates.
• Prepare technical documentation, quality metrics, and results reports for project management.
