Requirements

15 or more years of experience in PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 and Application Designer.

Proficiency in Integration Broker, REST/SOAP integrations, and SQR report customization.

Experience with SQL, BI Publisher, and SAP Business Objects for advanced data reporting.

Experience in PeopleSoft Update Manager, Change Assistant, and Elasticsearch frameworks.

Experience with Approval Workflow Engine configuration and Time and Labor modules.

Experience in NIST security standards, multitenancy environments, and WCAG 2.1 compliance.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities

Lead the functional design and system configuration for statewide human capital management modules.

Design and optimize complex Approval Workflow Engine structures and user role management.

Develop technical objects including records, pages, and components within the development environment.

Manage system updates and selective adoption cycles using lifecycle management tools.

Orchestrate large-scale mass salary loads and benefit enrollment integrations for year-end processing.

Monitor enterprise batch job execution and perform technical performance tuning.

Coordinate annual disaster recovery exercises and system audits for secured cloud environments.
