Requirements

3 or more years of experience in enterprise network engineering and data center infrastructure.

Proficiency in Fortinet firewall administration and perimeter security management.

Experience with Cisco routing and switching protocols in high-availability environments.

Experience in Tier 2 and Tier 3 network troubleshooting and root cause analysis.

Experience with Wireless LAN controllers, VoIP, and video networking optimization.

Experience in disaster recovery planning and ServiceNow IT service management workflows.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain Cisco routers and switches within enterprise data centers.

Administer Fortinet security appliances, firewall rules, and access control lists.

Resolve complex network outages and connectivity bottlenecks for multi-site operations.

Orchestrate network infrastructure upgrades and hardware lifecycle improvements.

Develop comprehensive technical documentation and preventative maintenance programs.

Monitor network performance metrics to ensure maximum uptime and service reliability.

Implement security patches and firmware updates across the entire networking fleet.
