Requirements
- 8 or more years of experience in Coupa platform administration and Procure-to-Pay modules.
- Proficiency in Coupa and SAP S/4HANA system integrations and data synchronization.
- Experience with IDOCs and automated purchase order to sales order data flow management.
- Experience in Coupa Supplier Information Management and vendor onboarding protocols.
- Experience with Accounts Payable automation and complex procurement approval workflows.
- Experience in troubleshooting backend data flows for warehouse picking and shipping processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage and configure Coupa Procure-to-Pay and Accounts Payable system modules.
- Orchestrate technical integrations between Coupa and SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Resolve integration failures involving IDOCs and automated purchase order data flows.
- Administer supplier information management workflows and data governance standards.
- Optimize procurement approval chains and supplier interaction configurations.
- Support end-to-end invoicing workflows and financial system reconciliation tasks.
- Execute technical enhancements for pick, pack, and ship data transitions in SAP.
