Duties
- Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest infestations and potential entry points.
- Develop and implement customized pest control plans based on client needs and environmental considerations.
- Apply appropriate pest control treatments using power tools, hand tools, and farm machinery as necessary.
- Educate clients on pest prevention techniques and maintenance practices to reduce future infestations.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed, including treatment details and follow-up recommendations.
- Drive to various job sites, ensuring timely arrival and efficient service delivery.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Previous experience in pest control or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with power tools, hand tools, and farm machinery is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of landscape management and lawn care practices is a plus.
- Excellent sales skills to effectively communicate service offerings to clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various environments.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
