KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Set up and calibrate electronics systems following schematics and diagrams.
Troubleshoot and repair electronics to keep operations running smoothly.
Conduct routine service checks and maintenance for optimal performance.
Collaborate with operators, vendors, engineers, and inspectors to address issues and provide updates.
Provide demonstrations on safe use, operation, and maintenance of equipment.
Source or produce parts needed for repairs and maintenance.
Maintain detailed logs of repairs and maintenance activities.
Support management by completing additional assigned tasks.
REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Experience with PLCs and troubleshooting.
Physically capable of pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, squatting, and twisting.
Must stand for extended periods (10 hours).
Willingness to work overtime and accommodate unscheduled demands.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
