ResourceMFG is now hiring a part-time IS Support Specialist for a client in Cleveland OH!
Part-Time Monday- Friday 20 hours per week!
Facility Operations & Support
Serve as the on-site point of contact for facility support requests, issue investigation, and resolution.
Maintain conference rooms, cube spaces, and common areas to ensure a professional and functional work environment.
Oversee facility inventory, including office supplies, coffee stations, and other shared resources.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality service and timely support.
Support site tours, health/safety/environment (HSE) initiatives, and special facility projects as needed.
- Coordinate meeting and event logistics, including catering requests, room reservations, setup, and teardown.
- Serve as an IT advocate by partnering with the IS team to troubleshoot or escalate user issues and support technology needs in meeting spaces

Qualifications:
3–5 years of relevant experience or training
Associate degree or equivalent preferred
Skills and Knowledge:
Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
Professional demeanor with a positive, can-do attitude
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
