ProLogistix is seeking Machine Operators I to join a production team in Monroe, WA. This role supports all facets of metal fabrication and warehouse operations, ensuring safe and efficient production flow.
Schedule & Pay
- Monday – Friday, 2:00PM-10:30PM
- Pay range: $20–$24 per hour

Responsibilities
- Operate machinery: Run punch presses, CNC mills, CNC benders, band saws, drill presses, and similar equipment.
- Material handling: Load/unload raw materials, stage work-in-process parts, and maintain organized work areas.
- Quality checks: Measure finished parts with precision tools to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Blueprint reading: Interpret technical drawings to execute fabrication designs accurately.
- Safety compliance: Follow OSHA standards, complete equipment inspections, and use PPE consistently.
- Continuous improvement: Participate in Kaizen events and suggest process improvements.
Qualifications
- 1 years in a metal fabrication or warehouse environment preferred
- Familiarity with measuring tools (calipers, tape measures, micrometers)
- Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs unassisted (more with assistance)
- High school diploma or GED required
